FAQs

What is the process of ordering through to installation?

The process is simple and streamlined. We work on a 50% deposit basis – the initial 50% secures your production slot, with the final payment due four weeks prior to delivery. You will get a completion date for your spa upon purchase, we will organise delivery in order to meet your crane or forklift on site and off you go!

Hamilton Spas are manufactured using precast glass-reinforced concrete, delivering a polished, architectural stone finish. The Oval Mirage 022 is a solid, fully concrete structure – extensively reinforced, formulated with internal waterproofing agents, and externally sealed with a specialist waterproof coating to ensure strength, longevity, and water integrity.

We have a showroom on the Sunshine Coast QLD! 1/8 Allen street, Moffat Beach, 4551 Mon-Fri 7-3pm or We have plenty of client images on the gallery.

Hamilton Spas are between 900mm – 1200mm deep. Allowing the water level to sit just below the shoulders of an average-height adult. Bench height is 500mm.

The internal finish varies by model. Our Oval Mirage 022 features a natural raw concrete interior, offering an authentic, architectural aesthetic and allowing flexibility for custom tiling if desired. In contrast, the Glass-X range features a beautifully smooth composite glass interior, delivering a refined finish that is highly durable and resistant to chemicals, moisture, and everyday wear.

Unlike pools or inground spas, all Hamilton Spas are made in our Patent design molds with the coping included. The whole external finish is then sealed with superior GRC sealer, requiring no tiles or added coping.

Site Requirements

Site Access requirements – unless truck access to the location is available a small Franna Crane or heavy load forklift will be required to place into position.

Will I need a Crane to install?

Installation will vary greatly from site to site. Hamilton Spas are able to be delivered to site ready to install- so depending on access either a crane or Heavy Load forklift will need to meet the truck onsite ready to move the spa to position.

Crane or forklift costs will be individual to your site and can be acquired from a company near you. See each spa for weight so you can choose the most cost effective way to install.

Spas will need to be placed on a concrete slab to support the base. This will need to be completed by yourself or your builder/installer. Please see available installation guide for dimensions ect.

Yes, all Hamilton Spas come fully plumbed internally, ready for Installation.

You will need to ensure that your local electrician has installed the required power provisions that suit your equipment package to run on. External plumbing requires internal plumbing to be connected to your filtration system and will be carried out by your chosen installer.

No, we do not install them, however, we provide Installers around Australia! We are the manufacturers only.

Although Council approvals will vary from State to State most pools/inground spas in Australia will require certification prior to installation.

Certification is either completed by your installer or yourself as an owner-builder. Council Approval may done through council directly or by engaging a private certifier.

Fencing approval are usually included within this approval if requested once installation is complete.

See your local council for up to date requirements.
